a. Contact required contract to earn other than open rate.


b. Display advertising accepted on a cash-with-order basis until credit has been approved.


c. In the event of suit to effect payment of an account, the jurisdiction wiil be the Municipal Court of Los Angeles Judicial District, County of Los Angeles, State of California or the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles. If judgement is entered against advertisers actual attorney
fees and court costs will be charged.


d. Advertising agencies which places advertisements for and receive statements for their customers are acting as agents for the customers and shall be liable as such.


e. Contracts may not be back-dated more than 30 day. Retroactive rate adjustments will be administered at the contract termination date.


f. Acceptance of late payments os partial payments, checks or money orders marked ‘paid in full’ does not negate any of our collection rights. Please direct billing inquires to the credit supervisor.
